We had a great day today!
It was cold & rainy. We decided to skip church and have an adventure. We took the Max for the first time ever. It was a fun little adventure. We got off at Washington park, so we could explore Hoyt Arbortorium for a bit. We were looking for some fall foliage, so we went for a walk through the woods in the rain. After awhile, we got back on the train and headed into downtown Portland. We walked to Powell's City of Books. After awhile there, we walked around the city for some time. We even came across an oversized chess set. Griffin and Savannah enjoyed a game. We enjoyed downtown. Well, not Griffin so much. He's not a fan if the city. After we made it back home we went out for some pizza. It was a fabulous day!
