It was really weird not doing our family tradition of painting the driveway the morning of the 4th. Kinda made us a little sad. It was a really low key day. It was chilly and cloudy out. Patrick and I weren't feeling very good either. We watched Kung Fun Panda and we played some UNO and Jenga. We bbqd some hot dogs and corn for a late lunch early dinner.
Around 8:30 we headed out to a local neighborhood that was putting on a firework show. The park atmosphere was nice. Lots of people brought their own small fireworks to light off while they waited. The show was great definitely worth watching! It was a different 4th of July for sure, but nice.
