Patrick was taking care of dinner one day. Mentioned to me that he was having Savannah make a box mix of lemon bars I thought that sounded great. Well when it came time to eat them I was helping Savannah cut them into squares I took a little nibble and it tasted Rancid. I looked at the box and it's one that got moved with us on accident that we have had for years it expired several years ago. Savannah was very sad. She did work really hard, and was excited about the lemon bars. We looked up a recipe and she made lemon bars from scratch all on her own! They were delicious. Kind of a funny story though.
